According to the law, this treatment will be based on principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency and protection of your privacy and your rights.
1. Personal data collected and treatments

Specifically, Webidoo SpA, in the context of the provision of the services of this site, is configured as External Manager with regard to the processing of personal data concerning the Users of the site itself.
4. Purpose of the Processing
a) The User's personal data is collected and processed to allow the Owner to provide its services, specifically: access to third party service accounts voluntarily made available by the users themselves, registration and authentication, interaction with social networks and platforms external platforms, social features, interacting with live chat platforms, managing addresses and sending email messages, viewing content from external platforms and interacting with support and feedback platforms.
b) The information collected through both technical and profiling cookies, as better specified in the cookie policy, may be used for remarketing and behavioral targeting activities as well as for statistical and site performance analyses.
c) Furthermore, Users who have provided their telephone number and e-mail address could be contacted for commercial or promotional purposes connected to this site, only following a specific consent to commercial communications.

6. Your Rights
As an interested party in the treatment, the GDPR grants the User specific rights, including those to ask the Data Controller:
● confirmation that your personal data is being processed or not and, if so, to obtain access to it (art. 15 "right of access");
● rectification of inaccurate personal data, or integration of incomplete personal data (art. 16 "right to rectification");
● the cancellation of the data, in the presence of one of the reasons provided for by the GDPR (art. 17 "right of cancellation"), where applicable;
● to limit the processing of your data, in the presence of one of the reasons provided for by the GDPR (art. 18 "right to limitation");
● to receive the personal data supplied by you in a structured format, commonly used and readable by an automatic device, as well as to transmit them to another Data Controller (art. 20 "right to portability"), where applicable.
Furthermore, the User has the right to withdraw consent to the processing of their data for the purposes referred to in point c) of paragraph 4 at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the revocation, and to oppose at any time to the processing for marketing purposes possibly based on legitimate interest (art. 21 "right of opposition").
To exercise their rights, the User can send a request, in writing, to the Data Controller, at its office indicated on the site itself.
Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial appeal, the User also has the right to lodge a complaint with a Supervisory Authority, if he believes that the processing in question is carried out in violation of the GDPR.
